Thoughts of travel

I work right on the Mississippi River in New Orleans.  The ships I see on the river come from near and far.  I never tire of watching the river and the traffic she puts before me every day.  There are ships registered in many countries.  The Bahamas, Panama, Antigua and Liberia to name a few.  I wonder what it would be like to travel to these countries.  What is their culture?  What about their history?  What are  the secrets that each country have to offer?  Someday I’m going to find out.

Lets talk travel

I love going places and seeing everything. I am most fortunate to have my idea job.  I manage a travl agency and am able to send my clients worldwide for business and adventure. I personally have either lived in 30 of our 50 United States.   What a wonderful country we have and how fortunate each and everyone of us are to be able to live here.  I have also been able to  live in Japan, Okinawa and visit the Bahamas. Some of my personal goals are: 1.  Visit all 50 states in the United States 2. Stand on the Great Wall of China 3. Dive the Great Barrier Reef in Austraila 4. See all 12 wonders of the world 5. See my grandchildren grow into adults. I’d love to read about some of your goals and adventures.  It’s a great world, let’s share.
